Pulse가 어떤 정보를 수집하고, 어떻게 이용·보관·삭제하는지 설명합니다.
1. 목적
Pulse(이하 “서비스”)는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각합니다.
본 방침은 서비스가 어떤 정보를 수집·이용하고, 이를 어떻게 보관·삭제하는지 설명합니다.
Pulse (“the Service”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what
information the Service collects, how it is used, and how it is stored and deleted.
2. 수집하는 정보
- 이메일 주소
- 사용자 식별자(User ID)
- 닉네임 또는 표시 이름
- 파트너 연결 코드 및 연결 정보
- 보낸 Pulse와 받은 Pulse의 기록 및 생성 시각
- 알림 전송을 위한 푸시 알림 토큰
- 계정 생성일 등 서비스 운영에 필요한 기본 정보
The Service may collect your email address, user ID, nickname or display name,
pairing code and paired-user information, sent and received Pulse history and
timestamps, push notification tokens, and basic account information.
3. 이용 목적
- 회원가입, 로그인 및 사용자 인증
- 두 사용자 간의 파트너 연결 및 연결 관리
- Pulse 전송, 수신, 알림 및 기록 제공
- 계정 관리, 연결 해제 및 계정 삭제
- 서비스 보안 유지, 오류 대응 및 기능 개선
- 이용자 문의에 대한 지원
We use the information to create and authenticate accounts, connect paired users,
send and receive Pulse interactions and notifications, display Pulse history,
manage accounts and connections, maintain security, and provide support.
4. 보관 및 처리
서비스 데이터는 Supabase를 이용해 저장 및 처리됩니다.
서비스는 개인정보 보호를 위해 합리적인 기술적·관리적 보호조치를 적용합니다.
Service data is stored and processed using Supabase. We apply reasonable
technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information.
5. 제3자 제공 및 추적
Pulse는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 제3자 광고 또는 사용자 추적을
목적으로 개인정보를 이용하지 않습니다. 서비스 운영에 필요한 범위에서
클라우드 데이터베이스·인증 제공업체가 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
Pulse does not sell personal information and does not use it for third-party
advertising or cross-app tracking. Service providers may process information
only as needed to operate the Service.
6. 푸시 알림
이용자가 알림 권한을 허용하면 연결된 사용자가 Pulse를 보냈을 때 알림을
전달하기 위해 푸시 알림 토큰을 사용할 수 있습니다. 알림 권한은 기기 설정에서
언제든 변경할 수 있습니다.
If you grant notification permission, we may use a push notification token
to deliver alerts when your paired user sends a Pulse.
7. 보관 기간 및 계정 삭제
개인정보는 서비스 제공에 필요한 기간 동안 보관합니다.
이용자는 앱의 설정 → 계정 관리 → 계정 삭제에서
언제든 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
계정 삭제가 완료되면 법률상 보관 의무가 있는 경우를 제외하고
계정 정보와 관련 개인정보 및 Pulse 기록을 삭제합니다.
We retain personal information only for as long as needed to provide the Service.
You may delete your account through
Settings → Account Management → Delete Account.
When deletion is completed, related personal information and Pulse history
will be removed unless retention is required by law.
8. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 앱 안에서 닉네임과 연결 상태를 관리하고,
파트너 연결을 해제하거나 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
개인정보 관련 추가 요청은 아래 문의 이메일로 접수할 수 있습니다.
You can manage your nickname and connection status, disconnect a paired user,
or delete your account within the app. Additional privacy requests may be sent
to the contact email below.
9. 아동의 개인정보
Pulse는 관련 법령에서 요구하는 경우 보호자의 동의 없이 아동의 개인정보를
고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 아동의 정보가 부적절하게 수집되었다고 판단되는 경우
아래 이메일로 알려주시기 바랍니다.
Where required by applicable law, Pulse does not knowingly collect personal
information from children without appropriate parental consent.
10. 방침 변경
서비스 또는 법적 요구사항이 변경되는 경우 본 방침을 수정할 수 있습니다.
중요한 변경은 이 페이지의 시행일을 업데이트하거나 앱 내에서 안내합니다.
We may update this policy when the Service or legal requirements change.
Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date or by
providing an in-app notice.
